Program Management Officer

As a Program Management Officer, you will:
Serve as a principal advisor to NL and other officials on Presidential Library programs and serves as a visible representative of the National Archives and Records Administration. Assist the NLHST Library Director in directing programs through subordinate supervisors to a wide range of users (scholars, public officials, general public, etc). Ensure that economical and efficient operations are accomplished and maintained. Assure compliance with federal laws and regulations relating to overall library administration, museum programs and the archival programs of NL. Assist and share fully in the planning and directing of the programs and activities of the library which contains the papers of President and Mrs. Truman, including their public and private papers. Maintain close working relations with the Truman Library Institute, its Board members and other support organizations to secure their advice, counsel, and support in developing the facilities and services of the library and museum. You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience at the GS-14 level:
For the GS-14 you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as
Experience:
Acquiring and protecting museum collections to present to the public.; AND Researching and preparing educational materials associated with museum collections.; AND Working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including researchers, scholars, and educators.; AND Supporting facilities management oversight for a museum. (Example:
ensuring exact temperature and humidity standards are monitored and maintained)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
