Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes responsibility for managing equipment, personal and real property. Ability to plan and conduct detailed evaluations designed to verify contractor compliance with contractual and regulatory provisions, policies and guidelines relative to Property Administration, Property Disposal and Equipment Management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in business, operations management, or other directly related field. NOTE:
You MUST submit supporting academic transcripts. OR Combination:
A combination of specialized experience and graduate education as described directly above that total 100% when combined. First, determine total qualifying experience as a percentage of the specialized experience described above; then determine the education as a percentage of the graduate education described above; and then add the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. Only graduate education in excess of two years (36 semester hours) may be.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
