TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking a Project Manager - Engineering for one of our clients in Independence , MO. Per Government Sector, must be a U.S. Citizen.
Position Overview:
Lead project/proposal teams using standardized process to manage scope, costs, schedule, and risks.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinating, planning, organizing, and implementing projects within area of assigned responsibilities for internal and external customers as a key member of the Project Management Organization (PMO).
Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and risk/issues.
Identify risks and develop mitigation actions.
Lead project/proposal team.
Customer technical POC.
Coordinate with internal staff and outside contractor, consultant, and vendor related activities to the project.
Communicate project status to Leadership.
Basic Qualifications Required:
Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.

years of project management experience in manufacturing environments.
Computer skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision and direction.
Excellent mathematical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Action-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the innate ability to make critical, timely decision.
Desirable
Qualifications:
Six Sigma tools and technologies experience.
EVMS experience.
Familiarity with project management software such as Open Plan.
Familiarity with DOD requirements.
