Responsibilities Works closely with the Property Manager to develop and maintain property owner relationships.
Coordinates projects to make vacant properties ready for rental Develop make ready job scope through inspections and inspection reports Consults with property owners, provides recommendations, prepares and negotiates bids for work with property owners.
Works closely with the Make Ready dispatch team to identify appropriate vendors and internal Maintenance Technicians Performs quality review inspections of vendor work at property locations.
Performs move out and other inspections as needed.
Coordinates with other functions and virtual assistants (Leasing, Inspections, Accounting, etc.
) Responsible for assigned Make Ready projects Identifies charges to be assessed to security deposits when tenants move out.
Other duties may be assigned.
Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications (such as MS Office, Google Docs, Apple products) Must be detail orientated and have excellent organizational skills, positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively to achieve results Experience in property management Experience with AppFolio a plus Previous experience in maintenance, vendor management, working with property owners a plus High School Diploma required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
