He/she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning of the office, supporting various departments, and maintaining a positive work environment.
In addition, as Office Manager, he/she will also be responsible for:
1.
Administrative Support:
Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquires.
Speak with customers and vendors on the phone and/or in person.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
2.
Human Resources Support:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
3.
Facilities Management:
Oversee office facilities and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
Manage office equipment, including printers, copiers, and IT systems.
4.
Financial Administration:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and expense tracking.
5.
Executive Assistance:
Provide administrative support to senior management Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Work closely with the leadership team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.
Must have the following minimum requirements:
o High school diploma o Computer proficiency- specifically in Microsoft Office applications o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Possess exceptional organizational skills, time management, and effective communication skills.
o Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members, of the business community.
o Mathematical Skills:
Ability to solve simple math problems and analyze numbers as they relate to necessary job functions.
o Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
