(must be a USC/Green Card Holder/NO C2C) Overview/Responsibilities - Performs a variety of human resources (HR) support responsibilities relating to the implementation and administration of Independence HR policies, procedure, and programs. - Serves as an advocate for the employee, management, and the Plant. - Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. - Role expectations include New Hire Orientation ownership, execution, and stakeholder management, Payroll process SME, liaison for coordinating external/internal Unilever-Independence functions, blue-collar recruiting support, blue-collar attendance and performance reporting, HR systems management SME (as specified), engagement team co-lead, and key executor of targeted engagement activities. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 1-2 years' related experience. - Experience in FMCG/CPG (nice to have). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
