As a Food Service Worker, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve food and beverages to customers while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and serve food and beverages to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
Assure customer satisfaction by attending to customers' needs and requests courteously and professionally.
Collect and process payments from customers, utilizing cash registers and other electronic payment methods.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
