The tasks will include clerical assistance, basic bookkeeping and office assistance.
Will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Will be self-motivated and trustworthy and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities Clerical Duties, Office assistance, Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping procedures Keep office records Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
) Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills Proven experience in Clerical Associate, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
High school diploma; or relevant field is preferred.
